As an experiment, Councilmember Tom Moore invited anyone with a Twitter account to tweet comments about the Feb 25 Mayor & Council meeting using hashtag #rkvcouncil. Because we think this is a great use of technology for a good cause (generating interest in local government & issues), we displayed tweets with that hashtag here during the meeting (now available at http://www.rockvilleliving.com/notes/rkvcouncil), and look forward to continuing to develop ways to make this kind of information interesting and available to all.
