Thrive Yoga Center Rockville offers more than 35 adult and children's yoga classes a week. Thrive helps students de-stress and in getting healthy through yoga practice. You would never believe Thrive is on Rockville Pike-with 4,000 square feet of the nature-inspired décor - waterfalls, trees and statues - students find calm as they enter the doors!

Thrive has been featured in several local and national news stories and is nationally known for offering classes & workshops with leading local and international yoga teachers; its depth in teacher training programs; its community outreach programs and partnership with NIH in Mind-Body wellness programs.

Thrive Yoga offers beginner, intermediate and advanced yoga classes, kids & teen yoga prenatal, post-natal and fertility yoga, breathing & meditation classes, workshops and yoga teacher training programs. Classes at Thrive are in various popular styles of yoga (including Hot Yoga) with the philosophy that each person is unique and requires a yoga practice that suites their individual needs.

Thrive Yoga also offers private yoga sessions, yoga parties, off-site classes to businesses and space rental. Thrive has a yoga boutique and spacious reception area where students mingle and enjoy complimentary tea and treats.
